Established in 2002 as a non-profit organization, The Slater Jett Meyers Foundation assists birth-injured children and organizations that work with birth-injured children. The Foundation provides support through donations of medical or rehabilitation equipment.  Also, by funding project-specific programs we hope to enrich the lives of children and to help them realize their potential for greater independence.  The SJM Foundation was established in memory of Ilana & Glenn's son, Slater Jett Meyers, who died at eight-months of age as a result of complications stemming from a birth injury. .
